  11. Dear colleague,

  13. As the TSQL3 coordinator, I invite you to participate in the TSQL3 working
  14. group. It is perfectly all right that one participates in multiple 
  15. working groups.

  17. This group will attempt to use object-oriented features for
  18. temporal date modeling and manipulation.
  19.  
  20.  
  21. The working group should first develop a report to be included 
  22. in the workshop final report before August 23, 1993.
  23.  
  24. I would like to assemble the group as soon as possible.
  25. Please send me an email if you are interested in participating the work,
  26. as a contributor, observer, or whatever.
